Brian was flying to Spain to meet his friend Ashley. His flight was delayed, then canceled, and moved to the next day. He finally landed in Ibiza on September 4, 2022, to find his friends too hungover to move. So he set out alone and wandered into a restaurant called Zanzibar. That's where he met Bryce. The two spent the next six hours sipping rosé, beach-hopping, and sharing their first kiss in the Mediterranean Sea.

The next morning, Brian and Ashley were leaving for Barcelona. Bryce came to see them off, and neither guy could say goodbye. So Brian asked: *Come to Barcelona?* Bryce said yes. They fell a little more in love in every time zone. On September 26, 2025, they quietly tied the knot and on August 9, Bryce moved to America. No more countdowns, no more goodbyes.
